WORKING FOR GENERATIONS

Wells Fargo has a generations-long commitment to the AIAN (American Indian, Alaska Native) community. To honor this, we we set out to find 5 Native artists to feature in a credit and debit card collection during Native American Heritage Month.

Our goal was to find artists who worked in traditional mediums and forms, but also had a distinct personal style that blended old and new.

After personally reviewing the work of 400+ artists and consulting with the Wells Fargo Native Team Member Network, we narrowed our selection to the artists featured below. Each created an original piece for the collection.

We created organic and paid social content to promote the collection.

We produced in-branch and ATM ads.

All of the pieces are now part of Wells Fargo’s permanent art collection, and will be part of a traveling art exhibit in each of the artists' hometowns in the future (thanks, COVID).
